API & Automation
A single POST request is enough: template, recipient, placeholders. E-Signing sends the document and reports every status change back to your CRM or ERP via webhook.

Audit & Security
Choose a signature level per document: SES for everyday use, AES with one-time-code identity verification for anything that could be disputed. The PDF is then sealed with a checksum and an RFC 3161 timestamp.
- SES or AES, per document, The simple signature is enough for most contracts. For sensitive cases, switch on the advanced signature with identity proof. One click in the editor, no extra contract.
- Identification via one-time code, With AES, the signer receives a 6-digit code by SMS or email before signing. Channel, timestamp and masked recipient are recorded in the audit trail and the PDF.
- Sealing with a timestamp, After the final signature, a SHA-256 checksum of the PDF is calculated and linked to an RFC 3161 timestamp from an independent timestamping authority. Applied once and never overwritable.
- Public verification page, Anyone can upload a PDF at /pruefen. If the checksum matches, the document name, timestamp, level and number of signers are confirmed. Without access to the content.
